EnfieldSC swimmers achieved over 70 % personal best times at last Saturday's Edmonton Phoenix Winter Sprints at Southbury Road. This was an amazing result considering that most swimmers swam four events in total in a session that lasted 2.5 hours.
Swimming amazingly well but nervous, for the first time in a major gala and showing Enfield has some fine swimmers coming through the ranks were Nicola Avis, Erica Farthing, Ruksanna Robinson, Emma Montague and Mia Dixon – Well done kids.
A big thank you to the following for helping at poolside: Mary McCormack, Zeynep Payet, Peter Blane, Phil Howard and Mounir Khadraoui.
Due to poor weather conditions the bowling was cancelled. Once the weather has improved we will either rearrange for another day or reimburse your money.
Congratulations!

About Us
Enfield Swimming Club was founded in 1903 and is one of the oldest swimming clubs in the country. It has a welcoming and friendly family atmosphere and has members ranging from 4 years old up to our oldest member who is in his 70s, Clive Dean, our President. The Club offers young people the opportunities to learn the art of swimming starting from the age of 4 years, eventually progressing to join the Club's competitive squads. We also have a Masters section and adult swimming lessons.
The Club is affiliated to the Amateur Swimming Association and the Middlesex County ASA and achieved the coveted Swim 21 accreditation from the ASA in August 2009.
